Hi Reader!

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind and have honestly kind of kicked my butt a bit, including...

• My youngest breaking their wrist in three places while we were on vacation in Atlanta 😳. Nothing like a shoulder-down, non-waterproof cast to put a damper on fun summer plans
• All three of my kids graduated from their respective schools (cue allll the transition feelings at all times)
• A sleep-away camp drop off (and then unexpected pick-up four days later...)
• ​A day that's always a little tender and difficult for us

Professionally, I did a mid-year stepback, was so pumped to facilitate this with a dear friend and I wrapped up two big projects the last week of school. I'm using the summer to plan some exciting ways to serve leaders that are coming together slowly--

and it's my birthday Monday! 🎉

A few months ago, I promised myself I would share something with you before my birthday. I've been working on it for a few years, and have been using with clients behind the scenes to help them level up their leadership.

I've mentioned it in some of my leadership lifts, and on calls, but not broadly and I promised myself that by my birthday, I would share it publicly.

It's a framework for how to lead through layers: four major domains you need to follow to help you build clarity, unity, predictability, then sustainability.

It's been incredibly helpful to leaders and has so much rich learning inside of it.

You'll hear a lot more from me on this--what each of the four stages means, the moves embedded in each domain, how to translate this practically into real life and leadership.

I really wanted to do a lot of this with the unveil, in a grand way, with lots of fun resources---

but in the spirit of not letting perfect be the enemy of the good, I'm sharing it here, so you can check it out.
